When I order online, why is the delivery free while if I order from the restaurant I pay a delivery charge to get delivery to my address?

Different charges apply for online ordering as opposed to ordering direct from the restaurant. This is part of an initial launch promotion. Restaurants may charge a delivery fee for areas further than 5km from the restaurant when orders are placed directly. Debonairs Pizza reserves the right to make changes to this policy.

How will I know that the restaurant has received my order?

When you place your order online you will get a confirmation that the order has been successfully placed. This means that the restaurant has received your order. Should you wish to query anything regarding your order thereafter, the phone number of the restaurant is provided.

What if my order is late?

To live up to our high standards and ensure you receive the hottest and freshest pizzas, we’ve created the unique Hot or Not Dot. When we present you with your pizza, if the dot is red, your pizza’s hot and fresh, if it’s black, your pizza’s FREE. This is our quality promise to you. Terms and conditions apply.

What payment options are available through Internet and Mobile ordering?

Most Debonairs Pizza restaurants have the facility to accept credit card payments for online orders. There are some where this is not yet available. This will be indicated when you select the restaurant where you will place your order. All restaurants accept cash payments. Restaurants do not accept cheque payments.

Do all Debonairs Pizza restaurants offer delivery?

The majority of Debonairs Pizza restaurants offer Free delivery. This is indicated when you select the restaurant where you will place your order.

Why can I not order from any restaurant of my choice?

In order to live up to our high standards and ensure you receive the hottest and freshest pizzas, each restaurant has a specified delivery area. For the purposes of online ordering, should you fall outside of the specified area, you will not be able to place your order online at this restaurant. Should you wish to do so, you can contact the restaurant directly to ascertain if they are able to deliver to your address.

How can I tell the driver to bring enough change when delivering my pizzas?

There is a facility during the ordering process to make a note pertaining to your order, such as “bring change for R50” or “Dog Bites!”. This will print on your order slip for the restaurant and driver to see.

Can I order online and then collect my order direct from the restaurant?

You can choose to place a “Collect” order when placing your pizza order.
