How to Redeem a Voucher

  1. Go to or download the app
  2. Log in or sign up to create an account
  3. Select a nearby restaurant and add items to your order
  4. Once you are happy with your selection, click CHECKOUT
  5. Click on the ADD VOUCHER button and type in the code you received
  6. If the code is valid, a discount will be applied to your order
  7. Complete your order by choosing to pay the balance with cash or online

In-store and telephone orders

Certain vouchers can be redeemed over the counter or over the phone (Check the T&C's for your voucher). To redeem a voucher in these cases, simply read your voucher code and your mobile number to the cashier before you pay for your order

If you don’t have an existing online ordering profile follow these simple steps to create one:

  1. Tap on the “Login or Create Account” link on the homescreen of the App
  2. Enter a valid mobile number on the following screen
  3. Wait for a One Time Password (OTP) to be SMS’d to your phone
  4. Enter the OTP and choose a password for your profile

Note that once you’ve created and logged into your account on the App it will not be necessary to login every time you order.

Yes, if the voucher doesn't cover the full value of your order you can choose to pay the balance using cash, a credit or debit card when your food is ready for collection, or when it is delivered

You can use any South African issued credit, debit or hybrid card approved by Visa or MasterCard to perform an online payment. Unfortunately you cannot use American Express cards at this time.

It’s important to note that the card must be enabled by your bank for online payments. Please contact your bank directly if you are unsure whether your card has been activated.
